Douglas is a Partner in the firm and serves on its Management Committee He has lectured at numerous seminars on topics such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Foreclosure Procedures and Bankruptcy issues. He also has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation including argument of appeals before the First, Third, and Fourth Departments of the New York State Appellate Courts and before the New York State Court of Appeals.
