Benjamin is of counsel to Pappas, Cox, Kimpel, Dodd & Levine, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of trust and estate law, probate and estate administration, trust and estate litigation, elderlaw, real estate law and civil litigation. He is widely recognized for his knowledge and experience in estate planning for disabled and chronically ill individuals and their families, and for the protection of family assets. A lecturer and guest speaker before civic and professional groups on issues of trusts and estates, long-term care planning and Medicaid law, Benjamin has been instrumental in securing and protecting the inheritance rights of individuals and protecting family assets. Benjamin is a former Assistant Attorney General of New York State.
